Today was a day mostly spent on the bus with a few random stops as we made the long drive to Queenstown. Jody got her first taste of New Zealand sunshine today and we all were finally able to view the majestic snowcapped mountains high above the rainforest hills as we headed out of Franz.

We arrived in Queenstown around four in the afternoon and checked into our new hostel, souvenir shopped in the city, and took time to soak it all in, a beautiful lakeside mountain town, and New Zealand's tourism and adventure capital!
